Hotel Policies
Prices listed are for double occupancy. Each additional person is $35 USD or $350 MXN.
Prices may change without notice.
A non- refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation. This can be made with either Master Card or Visa or with a direct deposit to our bank. We also accept travelers' checks.
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 3 days prior and "no shows" will be charged 100% of the booking.
For major Holidays - Christmas, New Years, Easter Week and Day of the Dead, a non-refundable payment of 100% of the invoice will be charged 30 days in advance.
For Christmas and New Years weeks each must be booked for a minimum of 5 days.
A 10% service charge will be added to the total bill.
Well-behaved children are welcome at Casa Quetzal.
Smoking is permitted in the outdoor common areas of the hotel.
There are no exceptions to these policies.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU BRING LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY - THE BEST WAY TO CHANGE AND GET CASH HERE IS THRU THE ATM MACHINES SCATTERED AROUND EL CENTRO.
WE ALSO DO NOT RECOMMEND, AS WOULD ANY TRAVEL OUTLET, THAT YOU BRING EXPENSIVE OR FLASHY JEWELRY. WHILE THEFT IN SAN MIGUEL IS A RARE OCCURANCE, WE WOULD RATHER YOU BE SAFE THAN SORRY.
